  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      w/ Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna


      1. Attach the clamps to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

      2. Connect the connectors.

      3. Attach the guide and install the bolt.

        Torque:
        8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

      w/o Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna


      1. Attach the clamps to install the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.

      2. Connect the connectors.

  2. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY


    1. for Single Cab:

  3. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. w/ Navigation System:


      1. Install the antenna cord sub-assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

      2. Attach the clamps shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the connector.

    2. w/o Navigation System:


      1. Install the antenna cord sub-assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

      2. Attach the clamps shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. w/ Navigation System:


      1. Install the antenna cord sub-assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

      2. Attach the clamps shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the connector.

    2. w/o Navigation System:


      1. Install the antenna cord sub-assembly with the bolt.

        Torque:
        8.4 N*m  { 86 kgf*cm, 74 in.*lbf }

      2. Attach the clamps shown in the illustration.

      3. Connect the connector.

  5. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
