CONNECT PRESSURE FEED TUBE ASSEMBLY
| *a | Torque Wrench Fulcrum Length |
Using a union nut wrench, connect the tube to the vane pump assembly.
| Specified tightening torque | ||
| 44 N*m | 449 kgf*cm | 32 ft.*lbf |
Use the formula to calculate special torque values for situations where a union nut wrench is combined with a torque wrench (Click here).
Calculate the torque wrench reading when changing the fulcrum length of the torque wrench.
When using a union nut wrench (fulcrum length of 22 mm (0.866 in.)) + torque wrench (fulcrum length of 255 mm (10.039 in.)): 40.5 N*m (413 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf)
CONNECT NO. 1 OIL RESERVOIR TO PUMP HOSE
Connect the oil reservoir to pump hose with slide the clip.
Connect the pump side of the oil reservoir to pump hose so that the paint mark faces the front of the vehicle.
