VACUUM PUMP(for 5L-E) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT CHECK VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01SCI2C07
      *a Hose Side
      *b Vacuum Pump Side
      B0068HS Air

      Check that air flows from the hose side to the pump side.

    2. Check that air does not flow from the pump side to the hose side.

    3. If necessary, replace the check valve assembly.

  2. INSPECT VACUUM PUMP CASE


    1. Inspect the inside surface on the vacuum pump case for scoring.

    2. If necessary, replace the vacuum pump assembly.
