VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE(for 1TR-FE, 2TR-FE) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. A01LBD5

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Slide the 2 clips to disconnect the No. 1 air hose and No. 2 air hose from the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.

    3. Remove the nut and No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.

  2. REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE BRACKET (for LHD)

      Remove the 2 nuts and vacuum switching valve bracket.

  3. REMOVE BOOSTER VACUUM TUBE (for RHD)


    1. Disconnect the connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

      *1 Booster Vacuum Tube *2 Check Valve To Brake Booster Hose
      *3 No. 1 Air Hose *4 No. 2 Air Hose
      *5 Union To Connector Tube Hose - -

    2. Slide the 2 clips to disconnect the check valve to brake booster hose and union to connector tube hose from the booster vacuum tube.

    3. Slide the 2 clips to disconnect the No. 1 air hose and No. 2 air hose from the No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.

    4. Remove the 3 nuts and booster vacuum tube.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      Remove the nut and No. 1 vacuum switching valve assembly.
