OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL STRAIGHT SCREW PLUG

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket and the straight screw plug to the timing gear case assembly.

      Torque:

      41.5 N*m  { 423 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

   
   

   1. Install the oil pump relief valve and spring to the timing gear case assembly.

   2. Install a new gasket and the plug to the timing gear case assembly.

      Torque:

      49 N*m  { 500 kgf*cm, 36 ft.*lbf }

3. INSTALL DRIVEN ROTOR
