PROCEDURE
REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY
REMOVE FRONT FENDER SEAL LH
REMOVE PURGE VSV
REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD
Detach the 4 wire harness clamps from the 2 wire harness clamp brackets.
Detach the No. 1 fuel hose from the intake manifold.
for RHD:
Detach the engine wire harness clamp.

Remove the bolt and disconnect the heater water pipe sub-assembly from the intake manifold.
Detach the No. 2 water by-pass hose from the intake manifold.
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 PCV hose from the intake manifold.
Slide the clip and disconnect the union to connector tube hose from the intake manifold.
Detach the clamp, and then slide the clip and remove the purge line hose from the intake manifold.
w/ Intake Manifold Insulator:
Remove the 2 No. 2 intake manifold insulators from the intake manifold.
Remove the 5 bolts, 2 nuts and intake manifold.
Remove the gasket from the intake manifold.
for LHD:
Remove the 2 bolts and 2 wire harness clamp brackets from the intake manifold.
for RHD:
Remove the 3 bolts and 3 wire harness clamp brackets from the intake manifold.
w/ Intake Manifold Insulator:
Remove the intake manifold insulator from the intake manifold.
