ENGINE OIL COOLER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OIL FILTER PLUG

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket to the oil filter bracket sub-assembly with the oil filter plug.

      Torque:

      36 N*m  { 367 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL OIL FILTER UNION

   
   

   1. Using a 12 mm socket hexagon wrench, install the oil filter union to the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.

      Torque:

      32 N*m  { 326 kgf*cm, 24 ft.*lbf }

3. INSTALL OIL SAFETY VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the oil safety valve sub-assembly, oil filter compression spring and a new gasket to the oil filter bracket sub-assembly with the oil filter plug.

      Torque:

      36 N*m  { 367 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }
