PROCEDURE

1. Click here

   DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

2. Click here

   DRAIN ENGINE OIL

   Click here

3. Click here

   REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

   Click here

4. Click here

   REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

   Click here

5. Click here

   REMOVE OIL FILTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

6. Click here

   DISCONNECT VACUUM PUMP OIL INLET HOSE

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the union bolt and 2 gaskets, and then disconnect the vacuum pump oil inlet hose from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

7. Click here

   REMOVE OIL FILTER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   
   1. 

      Remove the 11 bolts, 2 nuts, oil filter bracket sub-assembly and gasket from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

8. Click here

   REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the 4 nuts, oil cooler assembly and 2 gaskets from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.
