INJECTOR DRIVER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER BRACKET

   
   

   1. for LHD:

      
      

      1. Install the injector driver bracket to the injector driver with the 3 screws.

         Torque:

         2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

   2. for RHD:

      
      

      1. Install the 2 injector driver brackets to the injector driver with the 4 screws.

         Torque:

         2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. for LHD:

      
      

      1. Install the injector driver assembly to the body with the 2 bolts.

         Torque:

         8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      2. Connect the 3 injector driver connectors to the injector driver.

   2. for RHD:

      
      

      1. Install the injector driver assembly to the body with the 2 bolts.

         Torque:

         8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      2. Attach the clamp and connect the wire harness to the injector driver bracket.

      3. Connect the 3 injector driver connectors to the injector driver.
