FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

   2. Apply a light coat of spindle oil or gasoline to a new O-ring and install the O-ring to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

   3. Install the fuel pressure regulator assembly to the fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

2. CONNECT NO. 2 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK

   Click here

4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
