  1. REMOVE NO. 1 COMPRESSOR MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 4 bolts and compressor mounting bracket.

  2. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT PULLEY

  3. REMOVE TIMING BELT COVER

  4. REMOVE TIMING BELT GUIDE

    Click here

  5. SET NO. 1 CYLINDER TO TDC/COMPRESSION

    Click here

  6. REMOVE TIMING BELT

    Click here

  7. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT TIMING PULLEY

    Click here

  8. REMOVE INTAKE FLANGE

    Click here

  9. REMOVE VENTURI ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  10. REMOVE INJECTION PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR

  12. REMOVE NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  13. REMOVE NOZZLE HOLDER AND NOZZLE SET

  14. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY

  15. REMOVE INJECTION PUMP DRIVE PULLEY

  16. REMOVE INJECTION PUMP ASSEMBLY

  17. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

  18. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

  19. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

  20. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

  21. REMOVE IDLE PULLEY ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 3 bolts and idle pulley assembly with bracket.

  22. REMOVE WATER OUTLET HOUSING


    1. B0028AZ

      Remove the 3 bolts, outlet housing and gasket.

  23. REMOVE WATER HOSE JOINT


    1. B0024QC

      Remove the water hose joint.

  24. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET RH


    1. B0028UI

      Remove the 4 bolts and No. 1 front engine mounting bracket RH.

  25. REMOVE PUMP BRACKET


    1. B0026EF

      Remove the 6 bolts and pump bracket.

  26. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP OIL INLET HOSE

  27. REMOVE UNION


    1. B0026BM

      Remove the union from the cylinder block sub-assembly.

  28. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP OIL OUTLET HOSE


    1. B0024HH

      Slide the clip and remove the vacuum pump oil outlet hose from the oil pan sub-assembly.

  29. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  30. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

  31. REMOVE ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY
