PROCEDURE
REMOVE TIMING BELT
REMOVE VENTURI ASSEMBLY
REMOVE INJECTION PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE INJECTION PUMP DRIVE PULLEY
Using SST, remove the nut.
Using SST, remove the injection pump drive pulley from the injection pump assembly.
REMOVE INJECTION PUMP ASSEMBLY
Slide the 3 clamps and disconnect the 3 fuel hoses from the injection pump assembly.
Disconnect the 7 connectors and detach the wire harness clamp.

Remove the 3 bolts and No. 1 injection pump stay from the cylinder block sub-assembly and injection pump assembly.
Before removing the injection pump assembly, check if the marks are aligned.
If not, place new marks for reinstallation.
Remove the 2 nuts and injection pump assembly from the timing gear case sub-assembly.
