PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Cover)

  3. REMOVE ECM


    1. for 2WD:

      Disconnect the 6 ECM connectors.

    2. for 4WD:

      Disconnect the 2 4WD control ECU connectors, 6 ECM connectors.

    3. Detach the 3 clamps.

    4. A01SFVW

      Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and ECM.

  4. REMOVE 4 WHEEL DRIVE CONTROL ECU (for 4WD)

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ECM BRACKET


    1. A01SG4N

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 ECM bracket.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ECM BRACKET


    1. A01SITC

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 ECM bracket.
