ROOF RACK DISASSEMBLY

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT ROOF RACK LEG COVER LH

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the front roof rack leg cover LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR ROOF RACK LEG COVER LH

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the rear roof rack leg cover LH.

  3. REMOVE ROOF RACK PROTECTOR LH


    1. Remove the roof rack protector LH.

  4. REMOVE CENTER ROOF RACK LEG CUSHION


    1. Remove the center roof rack leg cushion.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF CARRIER SEAL


    1. B003KI8

      Remove the No. 1 roof carrier seal.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF CARRIER SEAL

      Remove the No. 2 roof carrier seal.

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF CARRIER SEAL LH


    1. B003NMH

      Remove the No. 3 roof carrier seal LH.

  8. REMOVE FRONT ROOF RACK LEG CUSHION LH


    1. B003MIB

      Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the No. 1 roof carrier support LH.

    3. B003NK3

      Detach the claw and remove the front roof rack leg cushion LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR ROOF RACK LEG CUSHION LH


    1. B003MP0

      Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the No. 3 roof carrier support LH.

      Detach the claw and remove the rear roof rack leg cushion LH.
