HORN INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. B003NPEC01
      *A for Type A
      *B for Type B
      *a Location

      Align the stay of the high pitched horn assembly with the location on the body side.

    2. Install the high pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      19.5 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


    1. B003PGVC01
      *A for Type A
      *B for Type B
      *a Location

      Align the stay of the low pitched horn assembly with the location on the body side.

    2. Install the low pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      19.5 N*m  { 199 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE RETAINER
