REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE

    Click here

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER

  5. DISCONNECT QUARTER INSIDE TRIM BOARD LH


    1. Disconnect the rear side of the quarter inside trim board LH so that the connector of the rear combination light assembly LH can be disconnected.

  6. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Place your hand between the quarter inside trim board LH and the body to disconnect the connector.

      B003OFB Pull in this Direction

      Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Disconnect the grommet and pull out the wire harness.

      B003KT0 Protective Tape

      Apply protective tape around the rear combination light assembly LH.

    5. Remove the 2 screws.

      B003QBX Place Hands Here
      B003OFB Pull in this Direction
      B003KT0 Protective Tape

      Place your hand at the location shown in the illustration and pull the rear combination light assembly LH toward the rear of the vehicle to detach the pin and guide to remove it.

      Note

      Pull the rear combination light assembly LH straight towards the rear of the vehicle to prevent the guide from becoming damaged.
