PRESSURE SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 PRESSURE SWITCH


    1. B003QWJC02
      *a Turn
      *b Hold

      Remove the vinyl tape from the air conditioner tube and accessory assembly and the connecting part of the No. 1 pressure switch.

    2. Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring of a new No. 1 pressure switch and the connecting surface.

      Compressor Oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

      Note

      Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surfaces free of foreign matter.

    3. Using a 27 mm deep socket wrench, install the No. 1 pressure switch.

      Torque:
      10.8 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

      Connect the connector.

  5. CHARGE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH REFRIGERANT

  6. WARM UP ENGINE

  7. INSPECT FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK
