CONDENSER(for 1GR-FE) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLER DRYER

   
   

   1. 

      *1

      Modulator

      Using pliers, install cooler dryer to the modulator.

   2. 

      Apply sufficient compressor oil to the O-ring.

      Compressor Oil
      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

   3. 

      Using a 14 mm hexagon socket wrench, install a new cap to the modulator.

      Torque:

      4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }
