PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 2 screws and blower motor control.

  2. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.

  3. REMOVE AIR FILTER CASE

      B003OFB Remove in this Direction (1)
      B003QYY Remove in this Direction (2)

      for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the air filter case.

    2. B003K8KC01
      B003OFB Remove in this Direction (1)
      B003QYY Remove in this Direction (2)

      for Manual Air Conditioning System:

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the air filter case.

  4. REMOVE AIR REFINER ELEMENT

      for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

      Remove the air refiner element.

    2. B003K4BC01
      B003OFB Remove in this Direction

      for Manual Air Conditioning System:

      Remove the air refiner element.

  5. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      for Automatic Air Conditioning System:

      Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

    2. B003RXL

      for Manual Air Conditioning System:

      Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo sub-assembly.
