REAR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR COOLER RELAY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the screw and rear cooler relay.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 6 AIR DUCT

      Detach the claw and remove the rear No. 6 air duct.

  3. REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR WITH FAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 3 screws and rear blower motor with fan sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 2 screws and air conditioning control assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear blower resistor.

  6. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 5 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the cooling unit case (motor side).

      Remove the No. 2 cooler unit drain hose.

    4. B003KF1

      Remove the rear evaporator sub-assembly from the cooler unit case (sink side).

      Using a 4 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.

    6. Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

    1. Remove the rear cooling unit expansion valve from the rear evaporator sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
