PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      *a Band
      *b Wire Harness

      Connect the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH to the band as shown in the illustration.

    2. B003LJCC01
      *a Slit
      *b Wire Harness

      Pass the wire harness through the slit.

    3. B003JTF

      Pass the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH through the hole of the rear seat cushion cover with pad LH as shown in the illustration.

      *a Protruding Part
      *b Wire Harness
      *c Anchor Part

      Install the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      The anchor part of the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH must not overlap the protruding part.

      • The anchor part of the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH must not overlap the protruding part.

      • Pass the wire harness underneath the anchor part.

    5. Attach the clamp.

      Pass the rear center seat lap type belt assembly LH through the hole of the rear seat cushion cover with pad LH as shown in the illustration.

      *a Protruding Part

      Install the rear center seat lap type belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      The anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH must not overlap the protruding part.

    3. Attach the clamp.

      Note

      Pass the wire harness through the frame hole as shown in illustration A.

    4. Connect the connector.

      While closing the back of the seat cushion cover with pad as shown in the illustration, pull out the rear seat lock assembly installation part of the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly and the rear center seat lap type belt assembly LH from the slit.

      Close the fasteners as shown in the illustration.

    7. Push in the closed fasteners as shown in the illustration.

      Roll up the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly toward the rear end of the seat cushion with pad and push it into the seat cushion with pad in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

      While sliding the part in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, install the J hook.
