FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Power Seat) INSTALLATION

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedures listed below are for RHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Driver Seat)


    1. Install the front seat belt anchor plate.

      *a Protruding Part

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly RH with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

    3. Attach the wire harness clamps.

      Close the cover as shown in the illustration.

      *b Connector Clamp

      Attach the wire harness clamp and connector clamp.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Front Passenger Seat)


    1. Install the front seat belt anchor plate.

    2. B003PJPC02
      *a Protruding Part

      Install the front seat inner belt assembly LH with the nut.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding part of the front seat adjuster.

    3. Attach the wire harness clamps.

      Close the cover as shown in the illustration.

      *a Wire Harness Clamp
      *b Connector Clamp

      Attach the connector clamp and wire harness clamps.

    6. Connect the connector.

      Attach the band in the position shown in the illustration.
