PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Driver Seat)

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly RH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      2 - 3 Seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      2 - 3 Seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly RH.

  2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Front Passenger Seat)


    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      A-2 (E) - B-3 Seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω
      A-2 (E) - B-3 Seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher
      A-3 (+) - B-1 Always Below 1 Ω
      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly LH.
