REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      *a	Bolt A
      *b	Bolt B

      Attach the 2 guides and temporarily install the rear center seat 3 point type belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

   2. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:

      for Bolt A

      12.5 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

      for Bolt B

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

   3. 

      Attach the guide and install the through anchor of the rear center seat 3 point type belt assembly.

      Torque:

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

   4. Check that the rear center seat 3 point type belt assembly is not twisted.

2. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Seat Belt
      *b	Back of Rear Center Seat Shoulder Guide

      Attach the guide and temporarily install the rear center seat shoulder guide with the 4 bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Install the rear center seat shoulder belt guide so that the seat belt passes between it and the vehicle as shown in the illustration.

   2. Tighten the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:

      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

3. INSTALL CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH

4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

6. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK

7. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
