FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Manual Seat) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

   
   
   1. 

      *a	Component without harness connected (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly RH)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 2 - 3 Seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω 2 - 3 Seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly RH.

2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      

      *a	Connector A	*b	Connector B
      *c	Component without harness connected (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)	-	-

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition A-2(E) - B-3 Seat belt unfastened Below 1 Ω A-2(E) - B-3 Seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher A-3 (+) - B-1 Always Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly LH.
