  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Turn the cable end in the installation direction shown in the illustration to connect the cable end.

    2. Attach the casing cap.

      Tech Tips

      Install at the gray casing cap side.

      Install the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly with the 3 wiring harness clamps.

      Tech Tips


      • Secure wiring harness clamp A to the vertical wire of the seat cushion.


      • Secure the joint case between the wires.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 FOLD SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    • When installing the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH, refer to the precautions in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

      *a Cutout

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH to the No. 1 seat cushion pad LH with 14 new hog rings in the order indicated in the illustration.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.


      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

      Tech Tips

      Install the hog rings at the cutouts if they are there.

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, connect the 3 straps of the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH to the No. 1 seat cushion pad LH with 3 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.


      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.

  14. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Push in installation direction (1) shown in the illustration to temporarily install the seat cushion cover with pad.

    2. Install the seat cushion cover with pad in the installation direction (2) so that the rear end is held in place.

  15. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      • w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

        Pass the wire harness underneath the anchor part.

  16. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Pass the rear center seat lap type belt assembly LH through the hole of the seat cushion cover with pad LH as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      The anchor part of the rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH must not overlap the protruding part.

    3. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK ASSEMBLY LH

      Temporarily install the rear seat outer track assembly LH with the 2 bolts until it contacts the part.

      Slide the rail and install the rear seat outer track assembly LH with the bolt as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER TRACK ASSEMBLY LH

      Temporarily install the rear seat inner track assembly LH with the 2 bolts until it contacts the part.

      Slide the rail and install the rear seat inner track assembly LH with the bolt as shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

  19. INSTALL SEAT TRACK HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Push in the seat track handle sub-assembly LH to attach the lock spring and install the seat track handle sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat lock assembly LH with the 2 "TORX" bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

    3. Attach the casing cap.

  21. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, install the rear seat lock assembly LH with the 2 "TORX" bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }

    2. Attach the hook.
