PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

      *1 Snap Ring
      *2 Magnet Hand

      Operate the reclining adjuster release handle LH in the direction indicated by the arrow to align the position of the removal hole as shown in the illustration.

    2. Using a magnet hand inserted into the removal hole at the position shown in the illustration, detach the snap ring and remove the reclining adjuster release handle LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the rear seat reclining cover LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

    B003OFB Remove in this Direction

    1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, detach the claw.

    2. Pull up the rear seat reclining cover LH as shown in the illustration to remove it.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the bolt.

    2. Lift up the rear seat center armrest assembly in the removal direction (1) and remove the stopper pin.

    3. Pull out the rear seat center armrest assembly in the removal direction (2) to detach the guide and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

      Remove the plate.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 1 HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

      While sliding the part in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, detach the J hook.

    2. Pull out the fasteners as shown in the illustration.

      Open the fasteners as shown in the illustration.

      Pull up the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, detach the claw and remove the 4 rear seat No. 1 headrest support assemblies.

  8. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

      While sliding the part in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, detach the J hook.

      Pull out the rear end of the seatback cover with pad in removal direction (1) shown in the illustration.

    3. Lift up removal direction (2) shown in the illustration to remove the seatback cover with pad.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

      Remove the 6 hog rings and No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the No. 1 seatback pad LH.

  10. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE

      Remove the seat cover wire.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER LH

      Move the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

    2. B003OUK

      Detach the claw and clip and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover LH.

  12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

      Detach the claw and clip and remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER LH

      Detach the claw and clip and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover LH.

      Detach the clamp.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

      Detach the claw and clip and remove the rear seatback lock striker protector.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK COVER LH

      Detach the clip.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear seat lock cover LH.

  16. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK COVER LH

      Detach the clip.

    2. Detach the guide and remove the rear seat lock cover LH.

  17. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly LH with 4 bolts.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the casing cap.

    2. Turn the cable end in the removal direction shown in the illustration and disconnect the cable end.

      Detach the hook.

    4. Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and rear seat lock assembly LH.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the casing cap.

    2. Turn the cable end in the removal direction shown in the illustration and disconnect the cable end.

      Using a T55 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and rear seat lock assembly LH.

  20. REMOVE SEAT TRACK HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the claw.

      Slide the rear seat inner track assembly LH and rear seat outer track assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and remove the 4 bolts.

    3. Insert a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape into the removal hole of the rear seat inner track assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration. Then, while pulling the screwdriver as shown, detach the lock spring.

    4. Insert a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape into the removal hole of the rear seat outer track assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration. Then, while pulling the screwdriver as shown, detach the lock spring.

  23. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      While sliding the part in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, detach the J hook.

      Pull out the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly from the rear end of the seat cushion cover with pad.

    3. Pull out the fasteners as shown in the illustration.

      While opening the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH, pull out the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly and rear center seat lap type belt assembly LH from the slit as shown in the illustration.

    6. Disconnect the connector.

    7. Detach the clamp.

    8. Remove the bolt.

      Remove the rear center seat lap type belt assembly LH from the hole of the rear seat cushion cover with pad LH as shown in the illustration.

  24. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Detach the clamp.

      Disconnect the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH from the band as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the bolt and the rear center seat lap type belt assembly RH from the hole of the rear seat cushion cover with pad LH as shown in the illustration.

  25. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Move the No. 1 seatback frame sub-assembly LH in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

      Pull out the rear end of the seat cushion cover with pad in removal direction (1) shown in the illustration.

    3. Lift up in removal direction (2) shown in the illustration to remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

      Remove the 14 hog rings and No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH from the No. 1 seat cushion pad LH.

  27. REMOVE SEAT COVER WIRE

      Remove the seat cover wire.

  28. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

      Detach the claw and guide and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

    2. Turn the cable end in the removal direction shown in the illustration and disconnect the cable end.

  36. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT STOPPER BAND ASSEMBLY

      Pull out and remove the No. 1 fold seat stopper band assembly as shown in the illustration.

  37. REMOVE NO. 1 FOLD SEAT LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY LH

      Detach the casing cap.

    2. Turn the cable end as shown in the illustration, disconnect the cable end and remove the rear No. 1 fold seat lock control cable assembly LH.

  38. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY

      Move a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape in the direction indicated by the arrow to widen and remove the 3 wiring harness clamps as shown in the illustration.

      Detach the casing cap.

    3. Turn the cable end as shown in the illustration, disconnect the cable end and remove the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly.
