PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. B003RHO

      Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly RH in the vehicle as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Do not damage the rear No. 1 seat assembly RH, body exterior or interior parts.

    2. B003NC2N01

      With the rear No. 1 seat assembly RH in the tumble position, temporarily install the 2 hexagon bolts.

      Tech Tips

      Temporarily install the hexagon bolts with the part raised.

    3. Tighten the nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    4. w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

        Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER CUSHION HINGE COVER RH


    1. B003P4H

      Attach the claw to install the rear seat outer cushion hinge cover RH.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Attach the claw to install the rear seat inner cushion hinge cover RH.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER RH

      Temporarily install the No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly RH with the bolt until it contacts the body.

    2. Fold the seat in the installation direction (1) and lock the rear seat lock assembly RH.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure it is securely locked.

    3. Move the seatback of the rear No. 1 seat assembly RH in the installation direction (2) and lock it.

      Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

      Attach the claw and guide to install the rear seat cushion hinge cover RH.
