PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TELLTALE LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. B003ODAC01
      *A for Manual Air Conditioning System
      *B for Automatic Air Conditioning System

      Attach the 2 claws to install the telltale light assembly.

  2. CONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  3. CONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  4. INSTALL INTEGRATION PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)

  5. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  6. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  11. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK
