AMPLIFIER ANTENNA REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed, installed or replaced during the amplifier antenna removal/installation are shown below.

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  3. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AMPLIFIER ANTENNA ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. B003LMO

      Remove the bolt and then remove the washer and holder.

    3. B003POT

      Remove the No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly of the vehicle outside.

  5. REMOVE ANTENNA COVER KIT

      Detach the claws and guides and remove the No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly as indicated by the arrows in the order shown in the illustration.

    2. When reusing the No. 1 amplifier antenna assembly:

        Remove the seal.
