Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the RH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 SPEAKER BRACKET

      Install the No. 2 speaker bracket.

    2. Attach the clamp.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER BRACKET

      Install the front No. 1 speaker bracket.

  5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

      Connect the connector.

    2. B003M4TC02
      B003R2S Nut

      Insert the 2 protrusions of the front No. 1 speaker bracket into the front No. 3 speaker assembly cutouts and install the front No. 3 speaker assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }
