DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the radio and display receiver assembly via this circuit.

  1. CHECK RADIO WIRING SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the radio and display receiver assembly connector.

      (to No. 1 Stereo Jack Adapter Assembly)

      Disconnect the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      a1-3 (US1+) - a3-3 (US1+) Always Below 1 Ω
      a1-2 (US1-) - a3-2 (US1-) Always Below 1 Ω
      a1-3 (US1+) or a3-3 (US1+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      a1-2 (US1-) or a3-2 (US1-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
