FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY(for TSAM Made) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO.3 ENGINE UNDER COVER (w/ Cover)

  2. REMOVE PROPELLER SHAFT GUARD


    1. B003N5E

      Remove the 2 bolts and propeller shaft guard.

    2. B003JD7

      Remove the 2 bolts and propeller shaft guard bracket LH.

      Tech Tips


      • Perform this procedure only when replacement of the propeller shaft guard bracket is necessary.

      • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  3. REMOVE FRONT PROPELLER SHAFT ASSEMBLY

      *a Matchmark

      Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and transfer flange.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and 4 washers.

      *a Matchmark

      Place matchmarks on the propeller shaft flange and differential flange.

    4. Remove the 4 bolts, 4 nuts and 4 washers.

    5. Remove the front propeller shaft assembly.
