CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT


    1. Remove the clutch release cylinder boot together with the No. 1 clutch release cylinder push rod from the cylinder body.

    2. Remove the No. 1 clutch release cylinder push rod from the clutch release cylinder boot.

      Using compressed air, remove the release cylinder piston together with the spring from the cylinder body.

      Note

      Do not damage the inside of the cylinder body.

    4. Remove the spring from the release cylinder piston.

    5. Remove the 2 cylinder cups from the release cylinder piston.

  2. REMOVE RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG


    1. Remove the cylinder bleeder plug cap from the release cylinder bleeder plug.

    2. Remove the release cylinder bleeder plug from the cylinder body.
