CLUTCH PEDAL REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT UPPER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS

      w/o Turnover:

      Disconnect the clutch pedal spring from the clevis pin and clutch pedal support and remove it.

    2. Remove the clip and clevis pin and disconnect the clutch master cylinder push rod clevis.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the clutch switch connector.

      Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and clutch pedal support assembly.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

  5. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Clutch Switch Assembly)

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (w/ Turn Over)

      Move the pedal to the full stroke position and remove the clutch pedal spring.

      B003OFB Remove in this Direction

      Remove the pedal spring with hook.

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the nut, bolt and clutch pedal sub-assembly from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER (w/ Turn Over)

      Remove the clutch pedal spring holder from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH (w/ Turn Over)

      Remove the clutch pedal turnover bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSH

      Remove the collar and 2 clutch pedal bushes from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 1 clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH


    1. B003P1VC01

      Using SST and a hammer, tap out the clutch master cylinder push rod clevis bush from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK (w/ Turn Over)

      Remove the pedal spring hook from the clutch pedal support sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

      Remove the No. 2 clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.

    2. B003QF3

      Remove the No. 2 clutch pedal cushion from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.
