VANE PUMP(for 1GD-FTV, 2GD-FTV) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

    Click here

  2. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID

  3. REMOVE NO. 4 AIR HOSE

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 1 OIL RESERVOIR TO PUMP HOSE

      Slide the hose clamp and disconnect the oil reservoir to pump hose.

  5. DISCONNECT PRESSURE FEED HOSE

      Disconnect the power steering oil pressure switch connector from the power steering oil pressure switch.

    2. B003PQD

      Remove the union bolt, and disconnect the pressure feed hose assembly from the vane pump assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket from the pressure feed hose.

  6. REMOVE VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. B003OKH

      Remove the 2 bolts and vane pump assembly.
