DRIVE BELT(for 5L-E) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VANE PUMP V BELT

   
   

   1. Temporarily install the V belt.

   2. Using a bar, adjust the tension of the belt.

   3. Tighten the bolt and nut.

      Torque:

      Bolt

      48 N*m  { 489 kgf*cm, 35 ft.*lbf }

      Nut

      64 N*m  { 653 kgf*cm, 47 ft.*lbf }

   4. Temporarily install the V belt.
