ENGINE OIL COOLER(w/ Oil Cooler) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

    Click here

  3. REMOVE OIL FILTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. B003MDD

      Slide the 2 clamps and disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly.

    2. B003JJ9

      Remove the oil cooler union bolt, plate washer and oil cooler assembly.

    3. Remove the O-ring from the oil cooler assembly.
