ENGINE OIL COOLER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE OIL SAFETY VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the oil filter plug, gasket, oil filter compression spring and oil safety valve sub-assembly from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.

2. REMOVE OIL FILTER UNION

   
   

   1. Using a 12 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the oil filter union from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.

3. INSTALL OIL FILTER PLUG

   
   

   1. Remove the oil filter drain plug and gasket from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly.
