ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

2. REMOVE OIL FILTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   Click here

3. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Slide the 2 hose clamps and disconnect the 2 oil cooler hoses from the oil cooler assembly.

   2. 

      Remove the union bolt, plate washer and oil cooler assembly.

   3. Remove the O-ring from the oil cooler assembly.
