VACUUM RESERVOIR(for 5L-E) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL VACUUM RESERVOIR SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the vacuum reservoir sub-assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:

      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

   2. Connect the suction hose sub-assembly to the vacuum reservoir sub-assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

2. CONNECT NO. 1 VACUUM HOSE CONNECTOR

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 1 vacuum hose connector and slide the clip to secure it.

3. CONNECT UNION TO CHECK VALVE HOSE

   
   

   1. Connect the union to check valve hose and slide the clip to secure it.
