BRAKE ACTUATOR(w/ VSC) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 bolts and brake actuator bracket assembly from the brake actuator assembly.

      

      *A

      for LHD

      *B

      for RHD

2. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR CASE COLLAR

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 brake actuator case collars from the 3 brake actuator bolt cushions.

      

      *A

      for LHD

      *B

      for RHD

3. REMOVE BRAKE ACTUATOR BOLT CUSHION

   
   

   1. Remove the 3 brake actuator bolt cushions from the brake actuator bracket.
