FUEL INJECTION NOZZLE DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NOZZLE RETAINING NUT

   
   

   1. 

      Using SST, remove the nozzle retaining nut, nozzle holder pressure spring and adjusting shim.

      SST

      09268-64010   ( 09268-64020, 09268-64030 )

      Note

      Be careful not to drop the inner parts.

   2. Remove the nozzle holder pressure pin, nozzle distance piece and nozzle assembly from the nozzle retaining nut.
