DIESEL THROTTLE BODY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install a new gasket to the intake air connector.

   2. Install the diesel throttle body assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

   3. Connect the diesel throttle body 2 connectors.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 INTAKE PIPE

   
   

   1. Connect the No. 1 intake pipe with the No. 1 air hose, No. 2 air hose and install the bolt.

      Torque:

      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

   2. Tighten the 2 hose clamps.

      Torque:

      6.5 N*m  { 66 kgf*cm, 58 in.*lbf }

   3. Connect the vacuum hose to the gas filter.

   4. Connect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector.
