POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

   
   

   1. Apply a light coat of power steering fluid to the O-ring.

      Tech Tips

      
      

      • When reusing the power steering oil pressure switch, inspect the O-ring.

      • If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the power steering oil pressure switch.

   2. Using a wrench to hold union.

   3. Install the power steering oil pressure switch.

      Torque:

      20.6 N*m  { 210 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

   4. Connect the power steering oil pressure switch connector.

3. BLEED AIR FROM POWER STEERING SYSTEM
