CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   • for 115A Type:

     Click here

   • for 100A Type:

     Click here

2. DISCONNECT COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 2 bolts.

   2. 

      Disconnect the connector.

   3. Detach the clamp.

   4. Remove the 3 bolts and disconnect the cooler compressor assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Be sure to suspend the cooler compressor assembly securely.

3. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

   
   

   1. Disconnect the crankshaft position sensor connector.

   2. 

      Remove the bolt and crankshaft position sensor.
