PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 FUEL SUB-TANK


    1. A01LCUO

      Disconnect the fuel with filter pump assembly connector and wire harness.

    2. A01LBI1

      Using a small screwdriver, detach the claw on the end of the tube from the claw hole. Disconnect the tube from the clamp.

    3. A01L8YJ

      Disconnect the fuel tube and wire harness.

    4. A01LBMU

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws from the claw holes.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    5. A01L893

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws from the claw holes and remove the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

      Note

      Do not damage the No. 1 fuel sub-tank.

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE FUEL WITH FILTER PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws from the claw holes and disconnect the fuel with filter pump assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A01LE4D

      Disconnect the fuel with filter pump assembly connector and remove the fuel with filter pump assembly harness.

      *1 O-Ring
      *2 Spacer

      Remove the O-ring and spacer from the fuel with filter pump assembly.
