PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. Clean the contact surfaces of the oil filter bracket sub-assembly and oil cooler assembly.

    2. Place a new O-ring on the oil cooler assembly.

    3. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the threads of the union bolt.

      Align the protrusion of the oil filter bracket sub-assembly with the cutout of the oil cooler assembly.

    5. Install the oil cooler assembly and plate washer with the union bolt.

      Torque:
      68 N*m  { 693 kgf*cm, 50 ft.*lbf }

    6. Connect the 2 oil cooler hoses to the oil cooler assembly and slide the 2 hose clamps to secure the hoses.

  5. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
