ECM УСТАНОВКА

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 ECM BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the No. 2 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque:

      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

2. INSTALL NO. 1 ECM BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the No. 1 ECM bracket with the 2 screws.

      Torque:

      3.0 N*m  { 31 kgf*cm, 27 in.*lbf }

3. INSTALL 4 WHEEL DRIVE CONTROL ECU (for 4WD)

4. INSTALL ECM

   
   

   1. Install the ECM with the bolt and 2 nuts.

      Torque:

      for bolt

      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

      for nut

      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

   2. for LHD:

      Attach the 2 clamps.

   3. for RHD:

      Attach the 3 clamps.

   4. for Automatic Transmission:

      Connect the 5 connectors to the ECM.

   5. for Manual Transmission:

      Connect the 4 connectors to the ECM.

   6. for 4WD:

      Connect the 2 connectors to the 4 wheel drive control ECU.

5. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Cover)

7. PERFORM REGISTRATION
