КОРПУС ДРОССЕЛЬНОЙ ЗАСЛОНКИ ДИЗЕЛЬНОГО ДВИГАТЕЛЯ СНЯТИЕ

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER HOSE


    1. A01SCRI

      Disconnect the connector from the intake air temperature sensor.

    2. Loosen the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the No. 1 air cleaner hose from the air cleaner cap sub-assembly and intake pipe.

  2. REMOVE INTAKE PIPE


    1. A01SDVJ

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the intake pipe from the intake flange.

  3. REMOVE INTAKE FLANGE

    A01SEXJ

    1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the heater water hose from the intake flange.

    2. A01SEPG

      Disconnect the connector from the manifold absolute pressure sensor.

    3. A01SCNR

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the PCV hose from the intake flange.

    4. Remove the 3 nuts, intake flange and gasket from the venturi assembly.

  4. REMOVE VENTURI ASSEMBLY


    1. A01SAU4

      Disconnect the 2 connectors from the venturi assembly.

    2. Remove the venturi assembly and gasket from the intake manifold.
